Eligibility for Return, Refund, or Exchange
You may request a return, refund, or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any requests beyond this timeframe.
To be eligible, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned in the original packaging
You Are Eligible for a Return, Refund, or Exchange If:
- You received the wrong product
- The product has manufacturing defects
- The product was damaged during shipping (eligible for a free replacement or refund)
- The product appears to have been tampered with
Important Notes:
- Change of mind is not accepted as a valid reason for return.
- A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- If you cancel or request a refund for your order for any reason, a 5% transaction fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved:
- The refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
Exchanges are only available for items that are defective or damaged.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
